Rentals  

Insurance: 

• Drop In Riders are required to have Horse Council 

• Clubs must add The Prince George Agricultural and Historical Association and The City of Prince George as an added insured to their policy and provide the PGAHA with a copy of the certificate 

 

Arena Rentals:

Drop In Riding:

(Outer Field) proof of Horse Council must be provided, and waivers signed before entering the field 

• $10 / hour / horse - office must receive payment before unlocking gates   

 

 

1. Arena will be harrowed before each rental. If weather does not allow for harrowing before rental, then it will be at the discretion of the organization if they still wish to use the grounds. Refunds will be issued for weather related cancellations at this time, 

2. The PG Agricultural and Historical Association is upgrading the Rodeo Arena and pricing reflects the current state of the facility. As upgrades are made to the footing, pens, and arena – prices will adjust to reflect the changing in quality of the facility.

Rules:

2. Riders ride at your own risk.

3. Please be respectful of other users. There is a possibility of dog walkers and other people using the outer field at the same time. All dogs are to be leashed at all times.

4. Please clean up after yourself and your horse.

5. Rough stock events must be approved by the board before livestock will be permitted.
